The CanWest Veterinary Conference is pleased to announce that our 2008 event will be held in Vancouver, B.C., July 27-31, in conjunction with the 29th World Veterinary Congress.  The British Columbia and the Alberta Veterinary Medical Associations have partnered for a number of years to produce a world class continuing education opportunity for veterinarians, technologists and hospital personnel, hosted alternately in Alberta or British Columbia.  This rotating schedule of venues calls for the conference to be held on the west coast in 2008.

The opportunity to collaborate with the World Veterinary Congress is an exceptional one.  We believe this will have a significant impact on the future growth of the CanWest Veterinary Conference, allowing us to continue to expand in the future. 

The 29thWorld Veterinary Congress will be the only major veterinary event in Alberta and British Columbia next year.
