Login using your profile information as follows:

a) Your username is your registration number (e.g. 1234)
b) Your password is your membership ID (e.g. LBA-X1)

After login you will be presented with an edit screen featuring your profile information.

Enter any updated information you wish and click on 'Update Profile' to complete the update.
The screen will refresh with your new information.

If your account contains practice information, an option to update the practice information will appear on the left hand side of the screen. To update your practice information, click the option labeled as 'Update Practice Information'. This will bring up a screen with your practice information, very similar to the profile screen. Update any information you wish and click on 'Update Practice'. Again, the screen will refresh with your updated practice information.
